AI RAP VIDEO WORLD · PREVIEW INFORMATION
Payments, credit releases and refund enquiries
Understand the difference between releasing held generation credits and refunding a payment, and how to request a billing review.
You can prepare and save creative briefs now. Public video generation and checkout are not open; the current preview does not submit a video generation request or take a payment.
A credit release is different from a cash refund
A generation task may first reserve the credits it needs. Once the task is confirmed as failed, the system releases its remaining held credits. The original credit expiry still applies; a release does not extend a subscription credit period. Releasing credits does not refund money to a card, wallet or other payment method.
If a generation result is unknown
A timeout, disconnection or missing result is not confirmation that a task failed. Check the original task in My videos; email its task ID to support@airapvideo.world if it needs review. Do not blindly submit the same unresolved result again and create a new task.
If a payment result is unknown
Returning to the site does not confirm payment. Credits are granted only after the order is verified. Check the original order in Billing before paying again. For manual review, provide the order reference, the issue and approximately when it occurred.
Subscription cancellation is not a refund
Cancelling a monthly subscription stops future renewals; credits already granted remain valid until the paid period ends. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. One-time credit packs do not renew automatically and have no fixed expiry date under the current rules. Cancellation, a credit release and a cash refund are separate matters.
Refund enquiries and manual review
If you have a question about an existing payment or billing record, request a manual review at support@airapvideo.world. Any cash refund requires a separate review of the corresponding payment. This page does not set a universal refund deadline or promise automatic refunds.
