What helps us investigate
- Describe the action you were taking, the message you saw and approximately when it happened.
- For an existing order or generation task, include its order reference or task ID. For an account issue, identify the account email if needed.
- If you include a screenshot, hide personal information unrelated to the issue.
Keep sensitive material out of the message
Do not send passwords, verification codes, card details, payment secrets or portrait photos. Start with a description of the problem rather than attaching complete photos, lyrics or unrelated account records.
If the result is still unknown
Check the status in Billing or My videos, then send the relevant reference for review. A payment return page or network timeout does not establish that a payment succeeded, failed or needs to be submitted again.
